This package is extremely varied, passing through 4 very different regions of Bali while still keeping a relatively relaxed pace. Start in the off-the-beaten-path destination of Sidemen, a countryside region in East Bali where you’ll get a taste of authentic Bali. Next, the tropical paradise island of Gili Trawangan awaits. Snorkeling adventures, beach and nightlife - Gili T has it all. Next up is the cultural heart of Bali, the jungle town of Ubud, where more romance and adventure awaits. Wrap up in the 5-star beach front Indigo Resort in super trendy Seminyak.

    • Your friendly Balinese driver will welcome you at the airport with a welcome package to celebrate the start of your honeymoon.
    • Depending on traffic, it takes around 2 hour drive to get to the beautiful countryside of Sidemen, but it is worth the drive! You’ll start your honeymoon directly in an authentic Bali region full of natural beauty.
    • You probably would prefer to rest after a long flight. Fortunately a comfy Sundary Villa is waiting for you at the highly rated 4-star Samanvaya resort.
    • You’ll be done with your jetlag in no time in the hot tub and pool overlooking the rice fields and on-premise Asri restaurant (which is really good!).

  • Day 2
    • Its your first full day in Bali, lets take it easy! Take some more time to enjoy the resort, you won’t have to leave at all! In the afternoon we have arranged a Couple Massage in the Ananda Spa and a 3-Course Dinner with candles and flower decorations.
    • If you do want to explore already, there is a lot to see in walking distance of the resort. Your booklet contains tips for the surrounding area. Otherwise, your real adventure starts tomorrow!

  • Day 3
    • The best (and most spectacular) way to see the Sidemen region is by raft on the Telaga Waja river. Your driver will pick you up after breakfast for a 2.5-hour rafting experience.
    • The 14KM long river is quite mellow with a few more rapid bits and one 4 meter high dam to slide from, but the most unique part of this experience is the scenery. Expect jungle, waterfalls and rice fields!
    • At the end of the rafting, you will enjoy a simple Indonesian buffet lunch (included). There are showers too and towels will be provided, so you have a chance to refresh.
    • In the afternoon, you can pick an activity of choice: Make your own silver jewelry in a crafts workshop or a visit the “Insta-famous” scenic Gembleng Waterfall.
    • You’ll be dropped back at the hotel before dinner. Your booklet contains restaurant suggestions nearby in case you want to try something different than the hotel restaurant.

  • Day 4
    • You’ve been in Bali for a few days now, but haven’t seen any beach yet! After breakfast, your driver will take you to one of our favorite beaches in Bali, a real gem: the white-sand Virgin Beach.
    • On the way to the beach, you will make a stop at Tirta Gangga, a former royal palace with beautiful water gardens. Around noon you will arrive at Virgin Beach.
    • There are many simple Balinese and Indonesian restaurants on the beach where you can rent a beach bed and get a local lunch, so bring a bit of cash.
    • Your driver will drop you back to the hotel whenever you feel like heading back (but no later than 5PM).

  • Day 5
    • You’ll be picked up after breakfast to head to Padang Bai port. We have booked tickets with the most reliable ferry operator to take you to Gili Trawangan (“Gili T”), part of the Gili Islands, with a large fastboat.
    • You will arrive at Gili Trawangan island after a 2-hour ferry ride in the afternoon. The small island does not allow motorized traffic, the only way to get around is by foot, bycycle or horsecart. Fortunately your stay includes bicycles, so you’ll easily be able to explore all beaches and areas of the island.
    • Gili T features a lively main street with restaurants, shops and bars, but your hotel is on the calmer side of the island on a perfect spot to watch the sunset (it even has its own simple beach club!).
    • Into nightlife? Gili Trawangan has parties going on every night. While your hotel is a bit away from the action, it is easy to head to town for drinks!

    • In the morning, discover the underwater world of the Gili Islands on a private 4-hour snorkeling boat trip. We suggest leaving early (7:30AM) to beat the crowds, but a more relaxed 9AM departure time is possible too.
    • Your boat trip uses a simple boat with glass bottom, and will will stop at many spots, and you’ll be able to snorkel with large turtles and along beautiful coral reefs.
    • In the afternoon we have secured day beds for you at La Cala Beachclub, where you will have 1 million Indonesian Rupia (around US$ 70) free to spend on food and drinks included.

    • You are roughly half-way your honeymoon. Take it easy, we did not make any plans for you today. Just do what you feel like!
    • If you are keen to explore, check out the booklet that comes with your honeymoon. It contains a lot of suggestions for the Gilis: from coffeeshops to the fish market. Or consider hopping to one of the other Gili Islands, e.g. Gili Meno to visit the BASK beach club.

  • Day 8
    • After breakfast, you’ll head back to Bali by ferry, where your private driver will pick you up again.
    • On your way to Ubud you can choose one of two stops: A visit to the Sababay winery followed by a tasting session of 3 different local Balinese wines, or a visit to Goa Gajah, a 9th century sacred cave with elephant carvings in lush surroundings.
    • You’ll check in to your Private Pool Villa late afternoon. There are two on-site restaurants, but the hotel is located in a lively street with many options nearby.

    • Relaxing day to take it easy after your adventure in Gili Trawangan after your flight. You won’t need to leave the hotel today, but it is still possible to explore Ubud town if you want: it is in walking distance and the hotel also provides a free shuttle!
    • Enjoy a relaxing 1-hour Couple Massage at the Sva Spa in the hotel. We usually schedule this late afternoon, so you have the full morning to take things easy, get over your jetlag and get accustomed to the climate.
    • This is followed by a Private Candle-light dinner conveniently in your private villa.

    • In the morning, you can choose your favorite activity to explore the surroundings of Ubud: either rafting on the Sayan jungle river, adventurous off-road ATV riding through the Bali countryside or an authentic Balinese cooking class.
    • A simple buffet lunch is included with your rafting or ATV activity, but if you choose the cooking class you’ll have a chance to enjoy your own Balinese food!
    • Free time to enjoy the hotel in the afternoon. Enjoy your private pool, or maybe check out the Ubud Art Market, Monkey Forest or a secluded Sauna? Monkey Forest tickets are included in your package and it is walking distance from the hotel.

    • Early 7AM check-out from your hotel to board a luxury yacht heading to Nusa Penida island. You’ll join a small group of up to 11 other people, but it is possible to upgrade to a private yacht too.
    • You’ll be welcomed on-board with prosecco to get in the mood!

    • Discover the beautiful Crystal Bay and swim and snorkel some more at Gamat Bay.

    • Free day to enjoy the luxury Hotel Indigo, its pools and facilities, and the beautiful Seminyak Beach. We will provide suggestions for our favorite beach bars and restaurants in walking distance, but the hotel has great on-site restaurants too!
    • The center of Seminyak town is close by, providing easy access to restaurants, boutique shopping and nightlife!

    • You’re probably still enjoying the beach and hotel, so we have not scheduled any activities in the morning and early afternoon. However, if you want to get the most out of your last day, we are happy to organize another couple massage or surf lesson (not included).
    • For your last sunset, your driver will pick you up at 4PM. You’ll enjoy the trendy and legendary Potato Head Beach Club, where you will have 2 Million IDR (~130$) free to spend as you wish on food and drinks during sunset from the comfort of your reserved lounge mattress. Later during the evening a DJ will play a set, so why not stick around till late…

    • Unfortunately no honeymoon can last forever… Based on the departure time of your flight, your driver will pick you up at the hotel and drop you off at the airport. We suggest leaving 3.5 hours before international flights, as traffic can sometimes be bad. You’ll probably arrive too early but we rather not have you miss your flight!
    • If you want, the driver can make a stop at a massive souvenir shop along the way to the airport, where you can find much better valued memories and gifts than at the airport itself. In that case, we suggest leaving the hotel 4 hours before your flight.
    • Let us know if your flight departs late in the evening, we can help arranging a visit to a beach club for your last day (not included in the package).

Samanvaya beautifully situated with traditional Balinese architecture in the countryside of Sidemen, surrounded by rice fields and close to Mount Agung. The hotel is extremely highly rated. This area of Bali is off-the-beaten-path. It is possible to experience the authentic Balinese culture here, while enjoying the luxury of a great hotel.

The adult-only resort features a really restaurants (the upscale Asri dining and more casual Citrus & Vine Café) as well as a large infinity pool overlooking the rice fields. The hot tub is a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.

PinkCoco is highly rated and highly pink. We believe its a great place to stay on the Gili Trawangan, as it is located a bit away from the action on the calmer west side of the island - but with the lively bars and restaurants of Gili T still in walking distance. It has its own beach club that gets popular during sunset and features a large pool. Your Cocoon room features its own balcony. Let us know if you are interested in upgrading to a Grande Room or the Casanostra Suite.

A secluded private villa in a resort surrounded by nature, but still very close to Ubud town (walking distance to the monkey forest, but they have a free shuttle too). Breakfast is included, and other perks include complimentary morning yoga and free daily afternoon tea with delicious sweets. The boutique resort has a large rooftop infinity pool with bistro restaurant, an additional Japanese Konro Grill restaurant, yoga venue, massage Spa and Gym, but you may want to spend most of your time in your private pool villa ;-).

We believe this is a great package, but we are keen to help make it even more personalized and special!
